Westmere Talent Partners represents senior leaders, not employers. We approach the organisations you want, position your candidacy before a role is ever posted, and hold your name in confidence until the conversation is worth having.

The Positioning
Senior careers are not won on job boards.
Above a certain level, the best mandates are never advertised. They are shaped in private conversations, filled through trusted introductions, and decided long before a posting exists. Applying puts you at the end of that process. Representation puts you at the start of it.

Applying
You compete against hundreds, on someone else's timeline, with your name in an applicant system.
Networking alone
Progress depends on who happens to be listening, and every conversation costs you privacy.
Being represented
A partner makes the approach, frames the value, and protects your position until terms are agreed.
How we work
What you are actually buying.
Executive representation is judged on discipline, discretion and access, not slogans. These are the commitments that govern every Westmere engagement, and the scope of work we take on.
Founder-led throughout
Every engagement is run by the Founder & Principal Agent, from the first email to the signed offer. No junior pools, no offshore queues, no AI auto-apply.
A strict client cap
We hold a small number of active clients at any time so outreach stays personal and follow-up stays disciplined.
Confidential by default
Nothing carries your name until you approve the target. Your search stays invisible to your current employer.
Fees agreed in writing
Open, fixed fees set before work begins. Never a percentage of your salary, and no long lock-in.

Request a private conversationEngagement standards
Four things we put in writing.
We do not ask senior leaders to take promises on trust. Every Westmere engagement is governed by written terms you can hold us to, and end if we fail to meet them.
- 01
A written mandate before any work starts
Scope, fee, timeline and target list are agreed in a short written engagement letter. Nothing begins on a handshake, and nothing changes without your sign-off.
- 02
A weekly written progress report
Every Friday you receive the roles applied to, the people contacted, replies received and the follow-up scheduled. You can audit the work at any point.
- 03
A 30-day satisfaction window
If the first 30 days of execution do not match what was promised in the mandate, you may end the engagement and we refund the unearned portion of the fee.
- 04
A signed confidentiality undertaking
Your name, employer and search are never disclosed to any party without your prior written approval, including to companies we source for.
Ask for the engagement letter before you commit to anything. We will send the full terms, including the refund clause, for you to read at your own pace.
